Fast, compact, iconic: Renault Clio Williams

The name Williams is closely associated with motorsports, particularly Formula 1, where they still operate today. In the 1990s, the racing team had a close partnership with the French automaker Renault, utilizing their power units. Renault valued this collaboration to the extent that they added the Williams name to one of their small hatchbacks - the Clio.

Ages like wine: Peugeot 205 GTI

This year, Peugeot celebrates big, as one of its most successful models marks its 40th anniversary. On February 24, 1983, Peugeot introduced a small hatchback with the three-digit number 205, which marked its entry into the compact car category. A year after its introduction, the little French car was named Car of the Year, and in 1990, the CAR Magazine even labeled the 205 as the car of the decade.

Škoda Fabia WRC after complete renovation

The Fabia WRC was developed as the successor to the Skoda Octavia WRC, with which the automaker competed in four seasons in the World Rally Championship. The Fabia WRC represents a new chapter for Skoda Motorsport's division. Unlike the Octavia, the Fabia had a much smaller body, which was advantageous on narrow tracks. The Fabia WRC was homologated during the summer of 2003. However, the model faced numerous technical challenges on its path to success.

The BMW 3 Series, E36 generation, is now classified as a thirty-year-old car, especially when it comes to the earlier models. The E36 was in production from 1990 to 2000. It succeeded the E30 generation and was later replaced by the E46. The most significant change with the E36 generation, compared to its predecessor, was the rear axle. The E36 was the first to use a modern multi-link rear suspension called the "Z-axle," originating from the Z1 model.Let's take a closer look at how the guys from RAJmotosport in central Slovakia customized an E36 Coupe to their liking.

Quattro 20V – UK celebrity

The brand Audi is undoubtedly associated with the word "Quattro" today. This unbreakable combination began in 1977 when chassis engineer Jorg Bensinger began working on the development of all-wheel drive. Three years later, in 1980, the result of this project was introduced to the market. Audi Quattro made its public debut on March 3rd at the Geneva Motor Show.

Colin always admired how these Escorts flew across British gravel roads in the 80s: 'The Mk II is the rally car of all time. When my father started rallying, these were the type of rear-wheel drive cars that were at the top level of the sport.
